Banksia ericifolia Red

The popular Heath Banksia has narrow, dark green leaves, which are beautifully contrasted with the large, brilliant red cone flowers produced in spring and summer. Ideal for use as a background or screening plant, suitable for seaside plantings. The flowers attract nectar feeding birds. Tolerates wet soils but prefers good drainage. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
