Camellia cv. Hiryu
A tall, bushy shrub with large semi-double deep rose blooms, edged in red with contrasting yellow anthers, flowering early in the season. Ideal for screening, hedging, or containers. Prefers sun to part shade, sheltered from hot winds, and grows best in slightly acidic, well-drained soil. Feed in spring, mulch well, and avoid lime. Responds well to light pruning.
