A dense, rounded shrub with sweetly aromatic laves. Greenish-yellow flowers are borne from autumn to spring. Unusual flowers with prominent, ridged 'caps' reflect the name. Suitable for low windbreaks, low hedges and as a screening plant.
Grows well in moist, well drained soil and tolerates part shade, dappled shade or full sun. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
