This impressive Gymea Lily has large sword-shaped leaves and produces striking, deep red flowers on tall stems. It may take 5 to 10 years to flower and can be grown in gardens or containers. It prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and foliage can withstand frost. A light fertilising can be applied during the growing season. Established plants can be divided and transplanted.
