A fast growing, evergreen shrub with deep green, glossy leaves contrasted by beautiful red stems on the new growth. During the summer months, the shrub bears masses of ruby-pink flowers. A hardy plant that is ideal for topiary, hedging, borders and containers. Grows best in an open, sunny position in well drained soil. Will tolerate frost and coastal conditions.
