Silverbeet Rainbow Mix has bright, coloured stalks and leaves. Before planting cultivate soil to 20cm and mix in compost and a complete garden fertiliser. Rainbow Mix includes gold, red, cream, white and pink coloured plants. Best eaten when young and tender. Harvest from the outside leaves first.
